Venue Experience was HORRIBLE, band was great
The entry process was SLOW, with lawn tickets filtered to a separate entrance. There were not separate lines, but a giant funnel of people going to a few metal detectors. We waited over 45 min to enter. When we approached the metal detectors, staff was no longer checking bags, but yelling at guests to raise their hands overhead while walking through. Once inside, the lawn was PACKED. I attempted to go purchase a drink and was in line for OVER AN HOUR. Again, there were no lines, just groups of people funneled to a counter to order. They were not accepting cash, and their cc readers were not swiping, so the staff had to manually enter each cc for each transaction. There was 0 social distancing or opportunity to do so. I fainted due to the heat and crowd, and the medical team was SO helpful and professional. They removed me from the crowd, assessed my health, gave me water and an ice pack, and monitored me until I was well enough to leave their trailer. 5/5 to the medical team on-site.
